Please update to the latest version of Torque Burnout as we may have already resolved the issue you're experiencing.
STORAGE (PHOTOS, MEDIA AND FILES) PERMISSION (

- Google Play Store currently requires that an Android Application Package (APK) file be no more than 100MB. Since Torque Burnout exceeds this limit it requires an APK expansion file. The storage permission is required because the APK expansion file is saved to the device's shared storage location.
REPUTATION AND CREDITS EARNT NOT REWARDED (

PLAY STORE WON'T LOAD OR DOWNLOAD APPS (

- A Wi-Fi connection is suggested for downloading Torque Burnout.
- Please follow these instructions - Play Store won't load or download apps.
- Try unmounting you're SD card. Go to the following page - Install and use a micro SD card, scroll down to 'Remove an SD card' and follow the instructions. After unmounting your SD card try downloading Torque Burnout again.
CRASHES WHEN ENTERING GARAGE OR EVENT (

PURPLE USER INTERFACE (

- Your devices GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) doesn't allow texture resolutions high enough to support Torque Burnout's medium or high quality settings. Go to Settings > Quality > and set to the lowest quality setting.
DEVICE GETS HOT / DRAINS BATTERY (

- Go to Settings > Quality > and set to the lowest quality setting and turn on Conserve Battery.
IT TAKES TOO LONG TO LEVEL-UP (

- Make sure sure logged into Google Play Services with the correct account, have an active internet connection and have the lattest version of Torque Burnout installed. Load up Torque Burnout, if you still dont have your progress then submit a bug report from within Torque Burnouts settings window.

- Make sure sure logged into iCloud and GameCenter, have iCloud Drive enabled, have an active internet connection and have the lattest version of Torque Burnout installed. TRANSFER MY PROGRESS TO A NEW DEVICE (

- On your old device make sure that you have logged into Google Play Services with the correct account and that your device is connected to the internet. Start Torque Burnout and wait until the garage is loaded, at this point your progress is saved to the cloud. Close Torque Burnout. Don't delete Torque Burnout from your old device until you have successfully loaded your progress onto your new device.
- On your new device make sure you are logged into Google Play Services with the correct account and that your device is connected to the internet.
- Install and run Torque Burnout on your new device. You will either automatically pick up where you left off or be presented with multiple save games to choose from. Once you have loaded your save onto you new device it is safe to remove Torque Burnout from the old device.
